Terms & Conditions
I-Empower Africa reserves the right to change these terms of Service at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you view and use the Website. Do not sign up as an affiliate or use the Website, if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions.

1. Illegal Activity.
Affiliates may not present I-EA promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by us, our Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
2. Third-party Liability.
I-Empower Africa will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
3. Changes.
I-Empower Africa reserves the right to update, modify, add or change this terms and conditions without notice.
4. Termination.
The membership of Affiliates can be canceled anytime by I-Empower Africa without giving any reason (If there is an actual cause for cancellation). Affiliates can terminate their membership anytime by contacting support via our contact us page, email or support center.
5. Payment Processor and Commissions.
We receive payments through bank deposits and card payments and pay out commissions directly to all Affiliates local bank account when commissions are earned legally. Commissions earned by Affiliates will be paid out at our earliest convenience or not less than one week upon request. We reserve the right to delay payments when issues that are within or not within our control arise.
6. Ethics.
Any Affiliate caught acting unethical or in an unprofessional manner will be banned without refund and at the sole discretion of I-EA with all future commissions and website usage forfeited.
7. Cancellation/Termination of Membership.
Any Affiliate account that is terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with I-Empower Africa compensation plan and leadership reward. Any positions held in participating programs owned by I-EA will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to I-EA.
8. Relationship of parties.
While the parties shall work hand-in-hand for the benefit of both, the parties acknowledge and agree that Affiliate shall, from a legal perspective, act as and shall be an independent Marketing Affiliate and not an employee or agent of I-Empower Africa. Nothing in this Agreement or these Terms and Conditions shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the parties in the legal sense of these terms. The Marketing Affiliate shall not sign any document in the name of or on behalf of I-Empower Africa Limited nor shall it hold itself out as being an agent of I-EA or as having apparent authority to contract for or bind I-Empower Africa Limited.
9. Disputes.
Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation for I-Empower Africa Limited. Any disputes made with financial processors for membership registrations and other products/services made will result in immediate termination of the Marketing Affiliates’ account with I-Empower Africa.
10. Copyright Material.
All branding, logos and graphics contained within https://iempowerafrica.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. I-Empower Africa provides Affiliates with approved material for marketing, adverts and promotions. Therefore, any 3rd party or self-created marketing material must be first approved by I-Empower Africa before it may be used.
11. Damaging Intent.
Any Affiliate who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to I-Empower Africa and or its employees and/or fellow marketing affiliates will be terminated from the system. Depending on the seriousness of the issue, I-Empower Africa may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
12. Uce/Ube or Spam.
13. Contact Information.
It is the responsibility of Marketing Associates to keep their personal records up to date at the members’ area (back office). I-Empower Africa will not be responsible for communication errors due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your account.
14. Tax.
You, the Affiliate, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from I-Empower Africa or any premium service or product sold on the I-Empower Africa website.
15. No warranty.
All premium service recommendation, investment tips, career opportunities, business opportunities etc. is recommended or provided “As Is” and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance of opportunity and service. I-Empower Africa will not be held responsible for how such information is applied. We implore all Affiliates to conduct due diligence before accepting any opportunity we present or act on any third party information.
16. No assignment.
Affiliates may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
17. Severability.
Affiliates and I-Empower Africa Limited agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect legally by the board and management of I-Empower Africa.
18. Limitation of Liability; Sole and Exclusive Remedy; Indemnification.
You agree that I-Empower Africa is NOT responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and/or services.
19. Accurateness of information.
I-Empower Africa makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. While we believe the people/companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own due diligence relating to any specific claims or promises made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.
20. Cross Sponsoring/Cross Recruiting.
Cross sponsoring, cross recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited per the company’s terms and conditions and the marketing affiliate agreement. “Cross Sponsoring” means soliciting a Marketing Affiliate or any closely related person or entity into a down-line different from the existing down-line for that Affiliate, or a closely related person or entity. “Cross Jumping” means an Associate or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same down-line as the one in which the Marketing Associate first was placed. “Closely related person or entity” is any person in the household of the Marketing Affiliate [e.g. Spouse, Son, Daughter, Parents living in the same household] or any Legal entity which is controlled by the Marketing Affiliate.
21. Income Representation.
Affiliates shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in the official company material.
22. Indemnification.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its parent, its employees, its officers, its agents and content providers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from Member’s use of the Site or from Member’s violation of this Agreement or any third party’s rights including but not limited to copyright, property, and privacy rights. This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will survive this Agreement and Member’s use of the Site.
